Settings
The Settings page, with the interface language, backup and restore, what the device is holding, and installing the app, and where each is explained.
Settings is in the sidebar. It holds the questions about Rejarsume that are not about any one resume. There are four sections, in this order.
Language
The language of menus, dialogs and messages. It is one setting, Interface language, and it applies the moment you choose. It does not translate what you write. See Language.
Backup and restore
Download backup writes everything on the device to one file, and Restore adds a backup's contents back. This is the one section worth visiting before you need it. See Backup and restore.
Storage
How many images and fonts are stored, how much room they take, and how many nothing uses. Each line leads to its page. See Storage.
Install on this device
Whether Rejarsume can be installed, whether it is, and whether the app is cached so it opens with no network. See Install and work offline.
What is not here
A few things that look like settings are somewhere else, because they belong to what you are doing.
- The colour theme is a button in the bar at the top of every page, and in the application menu on a narrow screen.
- A resume's own settings, such as its template, its fonts and the language of its dates, are in the Style tab of the editor. See The style inspector.
- The size of the editor's panes is set by dragging, and remembered.
- The sidebar is collapsed with its toggle, and remembered.
